About The Position

The Facilities Enablement Analyst supports Facilities Operations by driving operational excellence through process improvement, technology enablement, workflow automation, business intelligence, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role partners with Facilities Managers, Operations, Finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to evaluate business processes, improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and implement scalable solutions that support Facilities operations. The Analyst contributes to modernizing Facilities Support functions by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage technology, strengthen reporting capabilities, establish governance standards, and reduce manual effort. The position supports strategic initiatives across compliance management, vendor administration, asset management, facilities systems, maintenance programs, and operational transformation efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
At least three years of experience in process improvement, business operations, project coordination, business analytics, business intelligence, facilities operations, systems implementation, or a related field.
Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
Obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, analyze, and improve Facilities operational processes, workflows, and business practices to increase efficiency, standardization, scalability, and service effectiveness.
Identify and implement opportunities to use facilities systems, reporting tools, automation solutions, and AI-enabled technologies to reduce manual effort, improve user experience, and enhance operational performance.
Develop, maintain, and analyze dashboards, KPIs, reports, and business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across Facilities Operations.
Lead or support cross-functional projects and initiatives involving process improvement, technology implementation, operational excellence, compliance programs, vendor management, asset management, and Facilities Enablement objectives.
Partner with Facilities, Operations, Finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements, implement sustainable solutions, and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
Establish and maintain governance standards, documentation, training materials, and operating procedures; monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
