About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver for its Domino’s franchise. The role involves delivering orders and supporting store operations while providing a fun, friendly, and engaging customer experience. Drivers uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards, maintain cleanliness and food safety, prepare products, address customer concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment. The position offers variable hourly pay, flexible scheduling, a $250 sign-on bonus subject to eligibility requirements and delivery milestones, and opportunities for development and growth. The role is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles, ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
