About The Position

RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise operating more than 160 stores across four states, is hiring a Delivery Driver. The role includes customer interaction and order taking, preparing products, maintaining food safety and store standards, and delivering orders within the designated area. Drivers are expected to represent RPM and Domino’s positively, provide excellent service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a positive team environment.

The position offers variable hourly pay, flexible scheduling, Team Member product discounts, and a $250 sign-on bonus earned by meeting designated delivery milestones. Medical, dental, and vision coverage may be available to eligible Team Members averaging at least 30 hours per week during the designated measurement period. Eligible Team Members may also participate in a 401(k) program. RPM provides ongoing training and development, with opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement.

The role requires driving within the designated delivery area and using and maintaining a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries. Drivers must provide footage in the event of an accident and return all company-issued equipment upon separation. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws. Duties may change with or without notice.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries and provide footage in the event of an accident.
