About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver for its Domino’s team. The role involves delivering orders while providing friendly customer service, maintaining brand and food-safety standards, preparing products, and supporting store operations. The position offers a $250 sign-on bonus for completing designated delivery milestones; eligibility requirements and bonus milestones apply. This is a variable-hourly position with competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for training and growth. The position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.

• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.

• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area for delivery duties.
