About The Position

RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise operating more than 160 stores across four states, is hiring a Delivery Driver. The role includes customer-facing store duties as well as delivering orders within a designated delivery area. The position is variable-hour and offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, Team Member product discounts, and a $500 sign-on bonus earned by completing designated delivery milestones. Team Members may be eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage if they average 30 or more hours per week during the designated measurement period, and for the company’s 401(k) program. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws. Duties may change as business needs require.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age and have at least two years of driving experience.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Have a dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or be able to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Have strong communication and basic math skills.
• Have a positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be willing to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch frequently, and occasionally crouch and climb.
• Be able to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
