About The Position

Sleep Number is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver Sleep Number products and help customers have a great first night of quality sleep. Drivers work with a partner in climate-controlled trucks, represent the brand, explain product features and benefits, and build connections with a diverse range of customers. The role includes paid on-the-job training. Base pay starts at $22.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $400 per month through the Monthly Incentive Program. A free Sleep Number bed is also offered.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help from a partner.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases, such as a state-issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID, or other acceptable identification.
