About The Position

RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise with more than 160 stores across four states, is hiring a Delivery Driver. The role combines customer service, food preparation, store upkeep, and delivery driving. Drivers are expected to represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards, contribute to a positive team environment, and work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive variable hourly pay, Team Member discounts, and opportunities for training and growth. A $500 sign-on bonus is available after completing designated delivery milestones; eligibility requirements apply. Medical, dental, and vision coverage are available to eligible Team Members averaging at least 30 hours per week during the designated measurement period, and eligible Team Members may participate in the 401(k) program. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
At least 2 years of driving experience.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
Strong communication and basic math skills.
Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
For delivery duties, ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.

Responsibilities

Provide Customers with a fun, friendly, and engaging experience while taking orders.
Represent and uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
Provide excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
Manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
Use and maintain the company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
