About The Position

RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise operating more than 160 stores across Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, is hiring a Delivery Driver. The role offers a $250 sign-on bonus earned by meeting designated delivery milestones and completing the full delivery requirement; eligibility requirements and bonus milestones apply. The position also offers variable hourly pay, flexible scheduling, Team Member product discounts, and opportunities for growth and development.

Delivery Drivers provide customer service and help take orders, prepare products to company standards, maintain food safety and store cleanliness, and deliver orders within a designated area. They are expected to represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards, work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, and operate equipment safely. The role requires use and maintenance of a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, and footage must be provided in the event of an accident.

Eligible Team Members averaging at least 30 hours per week during the designated measurement period may access medical, dental, and vision coverage. Eligible Team Members may also participate in the 401(k) program. Ongoing training is available through RPM Pizza College, alongside opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries.

• Use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
