About The Position
RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver for Domino’s. The role combines customer service, food preparation, store upkeep, and delivery within a designated area. Drivers help create a friendly customer experience, follow RPM and Domino’s standards, and contribute to a positive team environment. The position offers variable hourly pay, flexible scheduling, and a $250 sign-on bonus payable in portions after meeting designated delivery milestones; eligibility requirements and bonus milestones apply. Ask the hiring manager for program details. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay under applicable wage and hour laws. Duties and responsibilities may change with or without notice.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
- Strong communication and basic math skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
Responsibilities
- Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
- Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
- Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
- Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
