About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver for its Domino’s franchise. The role combines delivery work with customer service and store duties. Drivers provide a friendly customer experience, uphold RPM and Domino’s standards, prepare products, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and support inventory and restocking. Delivery work includes navigating within the designated delivery area. The position offers variable hourly pay, flexible scheduling, team-member product discounts, and a $250 sign-on bonus earned by meeting designated delivery milestones. Bonus eligibility requirements apply. The role is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
