About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver for its Domino’s location. The role involves delivering orders and contributing to store operations, including taking orders, preparing products, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, supporting inventory activities, and providing excellent customer service. Drivers are expected to represent RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and help foster a positive, inclusive team environment. A $250 sign-on bonus is available after completing designated delivery milestones; eligibility requirements apply. This is a variable hourly position with competitive pay. The position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
