About The Position

RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver. The role combines customer service, food preparation, store upkeep, and delivery duties. Drivers help provide a fun and friendly customer experience, uphold RPM and Domino’s standards, and contribute to a positive team environment in a fast-paced setting. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive variable hourly pay, Team Member discounts, and opportunities for training and growth. A $250 sign-on bonus is available after completing designated delivery milestones; eligibility requirements and bonus milestones apply.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Have a dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or be able to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Have strong communication and basic math skills.
• Have a positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be willing to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging customer experience while taking orders.

• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
