About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Domino’s Delivery Driver. The role provides a friendly, engaging customer experience while taking orders, preparing products, maintaining store standards, and making deliveries. It is a variable-hour position with competitive pay and flexible scheduling. A $250 sign-on bonus is available upon meeting delivery milestones and completing the stated delivery requirement; eligibility requirements and bonus milestones apply. The position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay under applicable laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles, ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customers with a fun, friendly, and engaging experience while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Provide excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
• Deliver orders and navigate within the designated delivery area.
• Use and maintain the company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
