About The Position

RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise operating more than 160 stores across four states, is hiring a Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver provides friendly customer service, prepares products to company standards, maintains store cleanliness and food safety, and delivers orders within a designated area. Team Members are expected to uphold RPM and Domino’s standards, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, support inventory activities, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles, ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.

• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.

• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
• Use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
