About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Driver delivers orders safely and promptly while providing excellent customer service. The role pays $15.92 per hour inside the store and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers also assist with store operations, including taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking, and follow food safety standards and company procedures. The position involves driving and delivering to customers, including in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, and performing physical tasks such as carrying orders, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and using hands continuously. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance that can be used for delivery.
• Meet company driver eligibility requirements; driver roles require a motor vehicle record review meeting insurance standards, conducted after a conditional offer and with written permission.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including carrying, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly while following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Verify orders before leaving the store.
• Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking.
• Follow food safety standards and company procedures.
• Deliver products by car and to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area and manage delivery routes.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
