About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. The role pays $15.92 per hour inside the store and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers deliver products by car and to customers’ doors, and may deliver flyers and door hangers. They also assist in the store by taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. The position involves repeated bending and reaching, frequent hand use, carrying food and beverages, walking, and potentially climbing five or more flights of stairs. Drivers may encounter varying and sometimes adverse weather and need far and night vision for driving. The employer considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable fair-chance laws; any background check occurs after a conditional offer, with written permission, and includes an individualized assessment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
• Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements; driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets insurance standards, conducted after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Ability to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, including potentially climbing five or more flights of stairs.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly while following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Verify orders before leaving the store.
• Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking.
• Follow food safety standards and company procedures.
• Deliver product by car and to the customer’s door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate addresses within the designated delivery area and handle varied delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
