About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and promptly while providing excellent customer service. The position pays $15.92 per hour in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers also assist with store duties such as taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. The role involves driving and delivering in varying weather conditions, carrying products, and completing physical tasks in the store and at customer locations. Advancement opportunities to Assistant Manager and General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions. Drivers must have a valid driver's license held for at least two years, access to a reliable insured vehicle with current registration, and meet company driver eligibility requirements. Motor vehicle record reviews and background checks occur only after a conditional job offer and with written permission. The work requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Valid driver's license held for at least two years.
Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance that can be used for delivery.
Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements; driver roles require a motor vehicle record review meeting the company's insurance standards after a conditional offer and with written permission.
Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
Ability to perform the described physical duties, including bending, reaching, grasping, carrying, walking, and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

Deliver product by car and to customers' doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Navigate delivery sites, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and stairs.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
