About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver customer orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. Drivers deliver products by car and to customers’ doors, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes assisting in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions. The position involves repeated bending, occasional crouching and squatting, continuous reaching and hand use, and frequent forceful forearm and wrist movements. Drivers carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, and may need to climb five or more flights of stairs. Work includes driving and walking in varying, sometimes adverse weather conditions. Far and night vision are needed for driving.

Requirements

Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance; the vehicle must be insured and available for delivery.
Meet company driver eligibility requirements, including a motor vehicle record review that meets insurance standards.
Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including carrying pizzas and beverages, walking, and climbing stairs.
