Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to make deliveries in their own vehicles. Drivers receive an hourly wage, paid mileage, and tips. The company offers training and flexible schedules, and is currently seeking drivers who can work closing shifts. Part-time work is available. Full-time employees become eligible for health benefits after six months. Applicants must meet the company’s driving-history and driving-record requirements to operate a vehicle for business purposes. Driving-history requirements vary by age: 18-year-olds must document at least two years of driving history immediately before the MVR evaluation, while 19-year-olds must document at least one year. A learner’s permit period may count only when documented by an appropriate governmental authority. Drivers must have an officially stated license. The driving-record policy allows no more than two driving-related violations in the two years before the MVR evaluation, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years. Certain violations disqualify applicants, including leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, and eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
