About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring a delivery driver for its fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. The role includes preparing and packing orders, finishing and cutting pizzas, mixing delivery salads, and making deliveries throughout the delivery zone. When not driving, the driver takes phone and online orders, stocks supplies, handles cleaning and dishes, and helps complete shift checklists. No experience is required, though prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus. The company offers ongoing training and opportunities for promotion. Applicants must be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle. A motor vehicle record is checked during the interview process.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; IDs are required at orientation.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Motor vehicle record check during the interview process.
• Able to stand, walk, and be on their feet for long periods.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, including up and down stairs.
• Able to work with common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and eggs.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and in a loud, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Late-night shifts (8/10pm–4am) are required once per week.

Responsibilities
