About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring a State Delivery Driver to prepare and pack orders, finish and cut pizzas, make delivery salads, and deliver orders throughout the delivery zone. When not delivering, drivers take phone and online orders, stock supplies, clean, wash dishes, and help complete shift checklists. This is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant role with team support and opportunities for ongoing training and promotion. Part-time and full-time hours are available, and a late-night shift (8/10pm–4am) is required once per week.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
A motor vehicle record will be checked during the interview process.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; IDs are required at orientation.
Able to stand and walk and be on one's feet for long periods.
Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including up and down stairs.
Able to work with common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and eggs.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and in a loud, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Available to work a late-night shift once per week.

Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus.

Drivers typically earn $20–$25 per hour, including base wage, post-10pm bonuses, reimbursement per delivery run, and tips.
