About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver in Litchfield. The driver delivers products throughout Litchfield and surrounding areas, represents the company to customers, and provides friendly, professional service. The position offers flexible hours and compensation through hourly wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Drivers use their own reliable, insured vehicle and are responsible for safe driving, efficient deliveries, accurate transaction and delivery records, and maintaining their vehicle. Full-time drivers may also be offered additional insurance and retirement benefits.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• At least 2 years of documented driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition for deliveries.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology.
• Valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used for deliveries.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to represent the brand.

Nice To Haves

• Previous delivery or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes in Litchfield and surrounding areas.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop.
• Organize delivery schedules to support productive routes and on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and payment information.
• Perform pre-delivery vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately.
• Use GPS technology and local knowledge to navigate and optimize delivery times.
• Communicate with dispatch about delivery status, delays, and customer concerns.
• Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Lift, carry, and transport packages using proper ergonomic practices.
• Build positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
