About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to serve customers in Jerseyville and surrounding areas. The driver safely delivers products, provides friendly customer service, and represents the company positively. This is a fast-paced role where efficiency and customer focus contribute to the team’s success. Drivers use their own reliable, insured vehicle and must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver items safely.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and route-planning tools.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers along assigned routes throughout Jerseyville and surrounding areas.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide timely and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the company with a positive attitude.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer concerns to dispatch and management.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Organize and load delivery items securely and logically in the vehicle.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
