About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour while working in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $2.00 per delivery and tips. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers may also assist with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and available positions.

The role involves delivering products by car to customers’ doors, sometimes making several deliveries per shift. Drivers may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The work includes driving, walking, carrying pizzas and beverages, and navigating stairs and varied delivery sites. Drivers may encounter varying and adverse weather conditions. The position requires far and night vision for driving.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• A motor vehicle record review must meet company insurance standards; the review occurs only after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

• Navigate delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
