About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Driver delivers orders safely and provides excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers may also assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and available positions. The role involves delivering products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area, and delivering flyers and door hangers. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and must navigate varied terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs. Work may involve exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions. The position requires far and night vision for driving, and includes frequent bending, reaching, hand use, and food-preparation tasks while working in the store.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance that can be used for delivery.
Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
Motor vehicle record must meet the company’s insurance standards; review is conducted after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
Ability to meet the described physical demands, including carrying pizzas and beverages, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and frequent use of hands.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
