About The Position
Domino’s is seeking a friendly, dependable Delivery Driver to deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. The role includes delivering orders by car to customers, delivering flyers and door hangers, verifying orders before leaving the store, processing payments, and handling cash accurately. Drivers also assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking, while following food safety standards and company procedures. Training is provided; prior delivery experience is not required. Drivers need a valid license held for at least two years, access to a reliable insured vehicle with current registration, and the ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements. Driver roles require a motor vehicle record review after a conditional job offer and with written permission. The work includes navigating the designated delivery area, adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and potentially five or more flights of stairs. It also involves physical tasks in the store, including bending, reaching, crouching, frequent hand use, and handling food and equipment. Drivers may be exposed to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions. Far and night vision are needed for driving. Pay is $15.92 per hour inside the store and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. Health insurance and a 401(k) are available subject to eligibility and plan terms. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be possible based on performance, training, and available positions. Requirements
- Valid driver's license held for at least two years.
- Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance that can be used for delivery.
- Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
- Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
