About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a friendly, dependable Delivery Driver to deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. The role includes driving orders to customers, delivering flyers and door hangers, and helping with store operations such as taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Pay is $15.92 per hour for inside work and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Advancement opportunities to Assistant Manager and General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions.

The position involves driving within a designated delivery area and may include several deliveries per shift. Drivers must navigate to customer addresses and may encounter adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and five or more flights of stairs. Work may involve varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions. Store tasks involve frequent reaching and hand use, occasional crouching or squatting, and bending at the waist. The role requires far and night vision for driving.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance that can be used for delivery.
• Meet company driver eligibility requirements; driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets insurance standards, conducted after a conditional offer and with written permission.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform the physical demands described, including carrying products, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.
