About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver customer orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour while working in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $1.50 per delivery and tips. No delivery experience is required, and training is provided. Drivers may also help take orders, prepare food, clean, and restock. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and available positions. The position involves delivering orders by car and carrying them to customers’ doors, as well as delivering flyers and door hangers. Drivers must navigate designated delivery areas, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, and may need to climb five or more flights of stairs. The work includes exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions. In-store work may involve continuous reaching and hand use, bending, occasional crouching or squatting, and frequent or forceful use of the forearms and wrists.

Requirements

Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
A reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance that can be used for delivery.
Meet company driver eligibility requirements; the motor vehicle record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including carrying pizzas and beverages, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, and frequent hand use.
