About The Position

Domino’s is seeking a friendly, dependable Delivery Driver to deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $1.50 per delivery and tips. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers may also assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. The role involves driving and delivering products to customers, sometimes in adverse weather and across challenging terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs. It also requires repeated physical tasks such as bending, reaching, carrying, walking, and handling food and equipment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
• Driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets the company's insurance standards; review occurs only after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.
• Ability to perform the physical demands described, including carrying, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly while following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Verify orders before leaving the store.
• Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking.
• Follow food safety standards and company procedures.
• Deliver product by car and then to the customer's door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
