About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Driver delivers orders safely and provides excellent customer service. The role pays $15.92 per hour for inside work and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers may also assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Advancement opportunities to Assistant Manager and General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and available positions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license held for at least two years.
• Driver eligibility that meets company requirements; the role includes a motor vehicle record review against insurance standards after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance; the vehicle must be insured and available for delivery.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly while following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Verify orders before leaving the store.
• Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking.
• Follow food safety standards and company procedures.
• Deliver products by car and carry them to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
