About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. The role pays $15.92 per hour in store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. Drivers may also assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers deliver products by car to customers’ doors, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role involves driving within a designated delivery area and may require multiple deliveries per shift. Drivers must navigate to addresses and manage varied delivery sites, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other locations. The job involves frequent standing, reaching, hand use, and forward bending, as well as occasional crouching or squatting. Delivery work includes carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, potentially including five or more flights of stairs. Drivers may be exposed to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions. Far and night vision are needed for driving. Requirements

Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years.
Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance; the vehicle must be insured and available for delivery.
Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
Driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets the company’s insurance standards; this occurs only after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
Far and night vision for driving.
Ability to meet the physical demands of carrying, walking, climbing, reaching, bending, and frequent hand use.
