About The Position
Domino’s Delivery Driver responsible for delivering orders safely and promptly while providing excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour inside the store and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers also assist in the store by taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. The role involves using a vehicle to deliver products and flyers or door hangers within a designated delivery area, and may include several deliveries per shift. Advancement opportunities to Assistant Manager and General Manager are available based on performance, training, and open positions. The work involves continuous reaching and hand use, frequent bending, and occasional crouching or squatting. Delivery duties include carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, potentially including five or more flights of stairs. Drivers may encounter varying and adverse weather conditions and need far and night vision for driving.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
- Driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets the company's insurance standards; the review is conducted after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
- Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance; the vehicle must be insured and available for delivery.
- Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
- Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain and delivery sites while carrying products.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
Responsibilities

- Verify orders before leaving the store.
- Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately.
- Assist with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking in the store.

- Deliver products by car and to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Navigate to delivery addresses and locations, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
