About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour while working in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers also assist with store tasks, including taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. The role involves driving within a designated delivery area and delivering products to customers’ doors, with multiple deliveries possible during a shift. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions. The position includes physical tasks such as bending, reaching, crouching, grasping, and using hands continuously; carrying pizzas and beverages; walking between the store, vehicle, and customer locations; and potentially climbing five or more flights of stairs. Drivers may work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions and need far and night vision for driving. Applicants with criminal histories will be considered in accordance with applicable fair-chance laws; any background check occurs only after a conditional job offer and with written permission.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license held for at least two years.
Motor vehicle record must meet the company’s insurance standards; review occurs after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including carrying, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
