About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Peoria location. The driver delivers products throughout the Peoria area, providing timely, professional service and positive customer interactions. The role involves operating and loading a vehicle safely, planning efficient routes, maintaining delivery records, inspecting the vehicle, and communicating with dispatch and management. Drivers are expected to meet delivery and performance goals and may work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work independently while staying responsive to team communications.
• Customer-service orientation and a positive, friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Provide courteous customer service and address customer questions or concerns.
• Regularly inspect vehicle condition and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Handle packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate delivery status and encountered issues to dispatch and management.
• Organize and load vehicles efficiently to optimize space and accessibility.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule.
