About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products by car to customers’ doors and distribute flyers and door hangers. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including management and franchise ownership. Team members may also perform general in-store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs; delivery may require climbing five or more flights of stairs.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and process orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous use of hands.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area; several deliveries may be made per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
