About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff stores in the area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement, including progression into management and franchise ownership. Drivers deliver products by car to customers and perform general store team-member duties, such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers by telephone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling trays, reaching, bending, crouching, and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers within the designated delivery area and bring orders to the customer's door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery routes, including adverse terrain, private homes, multi-story buildings, and stairs.
