About The Position
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering customer orders while meeting Domino’s service, safety, and operational standards. Drivers must keep their vehicles neat and clean, maintain a positive image, carry $1 in coin change on every delivery, and say “Let me get your change” on every order. They must not be routed or checked in early from deliveries, carry more than $20 while on the clock (including personal money), or possess a pocketknife or other weapon while working. Every driver must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Team members are expected to assist phone and carryout customers politely and knowledgeably, demonstrate the customer WOW steps, and repeat every order to confirm its accuracy, name, and address. The description also specifies product-preparation and handling standards for pizza makers.
