About The Position

The Delivery Driver is expected to meet Domino’s Pizza’s minimum performance standards while providing courteous, helpful service to phone and carryout customers and delivering orders accurately. Drivers must follow customer-service procedures, maintain a clean and presentable vehicle, follow delivery and cash-handling rules, and complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Orders must be repeated to confirm accuracy, including confirming the customer’s name and address.

Requirements

• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Say, “Let me get your change,” on every order.
• Do not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Do not carry a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
• Repeat every order and confirm the customer’s name and address.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist carryout customers politely and courteously, providing helpful and knowledgeable information about the menu.
• Maintain a professional appearance according to company standards.
• Demonstrate the customer WOW steps: apologize, give the customer what they want, and give them something extra.
• Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery and say, “Let me get your change,” on every order.
• Keep the vehicle neat, clean, and presentable while working.
• Do not route deliveries early or check in early from a delivery.
• Repeat every order to confirm its accuracy and confirm the customer’s name and address.
• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
