About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a delivery driver to deliver products by car to customers within a designated delivery area. The role also includes delivering flyers and door hangers and performing general store team-member duties, such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders, completing inventory paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Ability to read a map, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, reaching, bending, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers and carry them to the customer’s door.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate the designated delivery area, including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites.
Work with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and by phone.
