Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations.
• Valid proof of insurance for a personal vehicle used for deliveries.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality.
• Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes in the Decatur area.
• Use GPS and route optimization tools to navigate efficiently and maximize delivery productivity.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Inspect the vehicle daily and promptly report maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Handle packages carefully to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer concerns to dispatch and management.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and performance goals.
