About The Position

The Delivery Driver collects payments and coupons, checks orders for accuracy and quality, and delivers products safely and promptly. The role also includes maintaining the delivery vehicle, meeting appearance standards, promoting products and specials, and providing customer service. Drivers receive cross-training in food preparation and store operations and help create a teamwork-focused, energetic, and fun atmosphere.

• Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Ability to use a computer-based order entry system.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash and credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
• Check products for accuracy and ensure they meet delivery quality standards; carry out deliveries safely and promptly.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle passes mechanical and visual inspections.
• Uphold Domino's grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
• Respond with urgency to store phone lines and assist carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone and in person.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
