Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have a reliable vehicle to use for deliveries.

• Have navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Be able to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Be able to make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Be able to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, carry products and supplies, push or pull trays, and perform the physical activities described for the role.
• Be able to navigate five or more flights of stairs when delivering products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
• Provide customer service and communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone.
• Operate equipment and prepare products.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
• Perform other outside tasks, including couponing.
