About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Louisville location on Dixie Highway. The driver delivers products throughout Louisville and surrounding areas, providing professional customer service and representing the company at each delivery. The role involves working independently while coordinating with a supportive team, and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Full-time drivers are offered additional benefits after 60 days of employment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check that meets company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery use.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout Louisville and surrounding areas.
• Use GPS and route optimization techniques to navigate efficiently and maximize delivery productivity.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point.
• Handle and transport packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch about delivery status, delays, or customer concerns.
• Resolve delivery challenges through problem-solving and transparent communication.
