About The Position

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties, contributing to a positive customer experience when customers take delivery of a new RV. The role works with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership. The ideal candidate has strong time management, attention to detail, customer service, communication, and computer skills, and can work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence communicating by phone and using a multi-line phone system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work Saturdays until 6 PM.
• Experience in event coordination.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in interactions with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service updates and follow up with customers.
• Enter data, including translating technician notes into the Service database.
• Organize files and photos by filing paper forms and uploading photos and documents into the Service system.
• Assist with calculations of technician work time.
• Help create a positive customer experience during RV delivery.
• Work effectively with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership.
