About The Position

Cube Care Company is hiring Delivery and Field Maintenance Personnel to deliver and maintain curtain products at designated hospitals. The work includes loading the truck, driving to hospital locations, removing soiled curtains and installing spare curtains while the originals are washed, or replacing soiled disposable curtains with new ones. Work starts at 7 AM and continues until completion. The company provides full training. After training, compensation is production-based, offering the potential to earn more through work performed rather than receiving hourly pay. Applicants should be comfortable working in hospitals and cooperating respectfully with hospital staff and teammates.

Requirements

Be over 21 years old.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Have reliable transportation to the Miami Gardens and Opa Locka areas.
Pass a background check and drug test.
Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be able to lift up to 80 pounds, climb ladders, and work safely at heights.
Be able to work long hours standing up.
Be able to follow instructions and communicate in English.
Be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Be organized and work well with others, maintaining a friendly, polite, and respectful manner with hospital staff.
Be comfortable working inside hospitals.
Be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

Load the truck with teammates.
Drive to designated hospitals.
Remove soiled curtains and install spare curtains while the originals are being washed.
Remove soiled disposable curtains and replace them with new disposable curtains.
Follow instructions and communicate with teammates and hospital staff.
Work safely when lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
