About The Position

Cube Care Company provides products and services for healthcare and commercial interiors, including cubicle curtains, tracks, shower curtains, cart covers, window treatments, and bedding, as well as installation and maintenance services. The company provides full training for this position. The role involves loading a truck and traveling to designated hospitals, beginning at 7 AM and working until completion. Personnel remove soiled curtains and install spares while the originals are washed, or remove soiled disposable curtains and replace them with new ones. The position is compensated through production pay after training, offering earnings based on production rather than hourly pay. The work requires long periods of standing, lifting, ladder climbing, and working safely at heights in healthcare environments.

Requirements

Be over 21 years old.
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, including transportation to the Miami Gardens and Opa Locka areas.
Pass a background check and drug test.
Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be able to lift up to 80 pounds, climb ladders, and work safely at heights.
Be able to work long hours standing up.
Be comfortable working inside hospitals.
Be organized, dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Communicate in English and follow instructions.
Have a presentable appearance, a humble attitude, and work well with others.

Responsibilities

Load the truck with teammates.
