About The Position

Cube Care Company manufactures privacy curtains and cubicle curtain tracks and supplies decorative products and services for healthcare and commercial interiors. Its products include cubicle curtains, tracks, shower curtains, cart covers, window treatments, and bedding, along with installation and maintenance services. The company provides full training for this role. Work begins at 7 AM and continues until completion. Personnel load a truck, travel to designated hospitals, and remove soiled curtains and install spares while the originals are washed, or replace soiled disposable curtains with new ones. After training, compensation is production-based, with earning potential tied to work performed rather than an hourly rate.

Requirements

Be over 21 years old.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, including transportation to the Miami Gardens and Opa Locka areas.
Pass a background check and drug test.
Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be able to lift up to 80 pounds, climb ladders, and work safely at heights.
Be comfortable working inside hospitals.
Be able to stand for long hours and work long hours as needed.
Be organized, dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Communicate in English and follow instructions.
Work well with others and interact with hospital staff in a friendly, polite, respectful manner.
Have a humble attitude and present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Load the truck with teammates and drive to designated hospitals.
Remove soiled curtains and install spare curtains while the originals are washed.
Remove soiled disposable curtains and replace them with new disposable curtains.
Perform curtain installation and removal, including work using ladders and at heights.
Work cooperatively and respectfully with teammates and hospital staff.
Follow instructions and communicate in English.
Work safely and reliably in healthcare environments.
