About The Position

The Deli Cook assists the Deli Department Manager with the successful operation of the kitchen. The role focuses on providing exceptional guest service, maintaining the quality and freshness of products, preparing ingredients and products for recipes, and keeping the hot case appropriately stocked and assorted. The Deli Cook also promotes in-store sales, creates appealing product displays and innovative meal solutions for guests, and follows health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Assist the Deli Department Manager in the successful operation of the kitchen.
Ensure continuous delivery of exceptional guest service.
Ensure superior quality and freshness of all products produced.
Prepare products to be used in recipes.
Maintain appropriate product assortment and product levels in the hot case.
Promote an in-store selling culture.
Create appealing product displays to attract guests.
Create innovative meal solution options for guests.
Understand and follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
