About The Position

NIS Express is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers in Fort Worth, Texas, for a dedicated retail account. Drivers run approximately 2 to 3 loads per week, with 2 to 6 store stops per load, delivering mainly in Texas and sometimes in Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Freight is unloaded at each store using rollers. Drivers complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset and travel approximately 1,600 miles per week. Compensation includes $320 per load, mileage pay on all miles, and a safe and on-time bonus of up to 3% weekly. Average weekly pay is $1,860, with top drivers earning up to $2,420. Layovers and breakdowns pay $200 per day, and backhaul pickups pay $25. New drivers ride with an experienced mentor for their first 3 loads, typically over 1 to 1.5 weeks, at $200 per day. After training, drivers receive their own truck and full pay.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Have a valid Class A CDL from the state of residence.
Have at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
Have no more than 2 moving violations and no preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Have no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
Not be an SAP driver.
Pass a DOT physical and hair and urine drug testing.
Live within 100 miles of Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities
