About The Position

This is a dedicated regional dry van driving position based in St. George, Utah, serving a delivery territory that includes Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Drivers operate company-provided tandem-axle sleeper tractors with 53-foot dry van trailers and automatic transmissions.

Pay includes mileage pay plus load pay. Average weekly pay is $1,950, average annual pay is $101,302, top weekly pay is $2,450, and top annualized pay is $127,295. Drivers may earn a safe and on-time mileage bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay, subject to meeting the account’s safety and on-time standards. A $1,000 holiday start bonus is also offered.

Drivers are generally home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Days off vary with freight demand and are usually weekdays. Las Vegas-based drivers are out for two weeks at a time followed by three days at home. The start time is 6:00 AM, and shifts may last up to 14 hours. Drivers unload trailers using rollers and climb in and out of trailers as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
• Ability to unload freight using rollers.
• Ability to climb in and out of trailers as needed.
• Ability to safely operate a sleeper tractor on regional routes.
